Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact. Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following categories are non-returnable:

Innerwear
Lingerie
Swimwear
Cosmetics
Skincare
Fragrance

Customised or made-to-order pieces are also non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a free pickup from your address within 1–2 business days.

Refund – Prepaid Orders

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are reversed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund – COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as Miss Merylin Store Credit (valid for 12 months) or via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7 business days. Please share your bank details when initiating the return.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We'll arrange a pickup and dispatch the replacement once the original item is received. Exchanges are free on eligible orders above ₹999.
