How and when your order reaches you
Standard Delivery
Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days across India. Dispatch happens within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies.
Imported & Korean Edit Products
Products from our Korean Edit and other international labels require 10–15 business days for delivery. All applicable import duties are included in the displayed price.
Order Tracking
A tracking link is sent via SMS and WhatsApp the moment your order is dispatched. You can also check status in the Orders tab of the app.
Express Delivery
Same-day and next-day delivery is available in select metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune). Express delivery charges of ₹149 apply. Select 'Express' at checkout to check availability for your pincode.
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and a refund issued as store credit within 5–7 business days.
